House Removals in Manchester, basic local price guide (2 men) :
To Fill a 650cub.ft. van " " " " " : £195 (2nd trip 1/2 price)
To fill a 1200cub.ft van " " " " " : £360
Add 10% if flats with lift.
Add 10% per floor if higher than 1st floor with no lift
 7.5ton Wagon - 1250cub.ft - £360 to fill and move within 5 miles with 2 men.
FOR DISTANCE MOVES:
Start with basic local price (deduct 10miles) then add £1.00 per mile round trip
Eg. Manchester to Blackpool 100 miles round trip :
650cub.ft van £195 + £90 (100 - 10) = £285
or £1.50 per mile round trip for 7.5ton wagon

We would charge approx. £195 to fill a 3.5ton box van (650cub.ft.) - Av. 1bed flat and move within 5 miles using 2 men.
or £150 using our 1 man and van service.
Ie. 3-piece suite, t.v./unit, corner unit,coffee table,washer, cooker, microwave,fridge,double bed, 2 wardrobes,2 drawers, 2bedside cabinets,20 - 30 medium sized boxes and bags would fill a 500cub.ft. box van.
2nd trips are usually priced at 40% - 50% of 1st van price
To fill a 7.5ton vehicle (1,200cub.ft.) or 2, 3.5ton vans (similar volume) We would charge approx. £360 -Av. 3bed house/flat and move within 5 miles.
Or use a 650cub.ft van and do 2 trips for approx £290
We would charge approx £495 to fill a 7.5ton plus a 3.5ton box van - Av 4/5bed house and move within 5 miles
If you want to save money on your move and help the driver then why not take advantage of our MAN AND VAN SERVICE which can reduce your costs considerably - by approx. 20% - 25%Ther are other factors that will affect the price such as steps to a property, if you are moving to/from a flat, large gardens to be crossed or if we can't park within 10 yards of property entrances. |

Example: A 650cub.ft. luton going from Manchester to London (420 miles approx. round trip) would be 420 + 195 = £615.
A considerable saving can be made by doing 2nd and 3rd trips on local moves with the smaller vans which we can do at approx. 1/2 price, where time and distance allow.
Example: A 1000cub.ft. volume moved within 10 miles is priced at £330
We could use a smaller van and do 2 trips at a cost of £280 approx.
Unfortunately time is money and we do have to charge waiting time if there are any delays caused by you or your agents,charged @ £15/man/hour 1 man, £30/hour - 2 men, £45/hour 3 men, £60/hr 4 men
Our prices are not subject to vat. and do include our own basic insurance as detailed in our terms and conditions.
