Prices are very similar across most storage companies and some examples are shown below :

500cub.ft. volume would require 65/70sq.ft. unit at approx. £35 per week.

650cub.ft. volume would require 75/85sq.ft. unit at approx £40 per week.

1200cub.ft.volume would require 150/160sq.ft. unit at approx. £55 - £65 per week...

Our preferred Storage Company is Rochdale Self Storage - fully secured - 24/7 with all areas covered by cameras and satelite monitoring. All units have thir own lock and key or you are welcome to bring your own. Get more for your money with extra high units (10 and 12ft) compared with many other storage providers.

Most storage companies would require 4 weeks payment when goods go into storage and then pre-paying every month. Any unused weeks would be refunded when goods leave storage providing their applicable notice periods have been adhered to.

Please be aware when planning your move that most storage companies will close about 2.00 - 3.00pm. Saturdays and are not usually open Sundays or Bank holidays.Also bear in mind that most storage companies will not store plants or flammable liquids.
